A little B & A! We sure do love those… I mean there’s something pretty radical about taking a shipping container and turning it into an awesome man cave!

This one boasts a great interior space to lounge, read, have a few drinks, maybe binge watch your favorite show. And don’t forget the music! Speakers outside… the rooftop deck… so much to love.

Andy is jealous! But at least he got a great pic outside of it after install.

Our latest sauna on the shores of Lake Superior! This one is near Grand Marais, MN.

Tucked inside the most perfect, serene spot, this sauna features a wood fired stove 🔥, bench outside and wood stacking alcove. This one takes the “cool room” portion of the sauna to a whole new level… with a rooftop deck 😍

Sauna + rooftop deck?! This is how you spell relaxation, folks. (And it happens to be an upcycled shipping container for bonus cool points!)

Hi ho, hi ho… it’s up north we go!

We get all kinds of looks (and even emails) when people see us traveling down the road with something as unique as our container studios.

Deliveries are rolling right and left right now… and this crew has it down. From the tools to the cleaning supplies, equipment, and bug spray, they bring it all.
36,478 items are carefully packed into the van and truck… 😜just kidding. But, hey— when deliveries are more remote we need to be sure we have what we need to get the job done!

The best part is when our container builds make it to their respective homes and our clients are a part of the process 😍 Getting personal feedback fuels our team! We have been beyond lucky to have clients who have offered the Latitude team encouragement, food, lodging, and beer. Yes, beer. Our love language.

We love our upcycled containers but we couldn’t live without our mule. This is how we move them into place. We can place any size container with ease, only needing about a 10 ft path to maneuver. It’s even remote controlled!

I friggin love this song by @firstaidkitband and have for a long time. It’s true that “something good comes from the bad.” As cliche as it sounds. It can take time to find it. Your silver lining may be obvious or it may be a teeny tiny glimmer. Either way, take it and run with it!

We created something wild and weird when life kinda fell apart around the time of the pandemic’s start. So much unknown and so much change. But the great 2020 slow-down made us reflect and get uncomfortable- so why not take it a step further?!

Launching a business as a total start up is one of the hardest things we have done as a couple and a family. In the same vein it’s been a complete silver lining of sorts, especially for Andy who dreamed of being an entrepreneur! We have met so many amazing and talented people. The challenge and beauty of it all is somethin’ else.
